    Frequently asked

    Do I need CCNA-level networking before Level 100?
    Yes - Level 100 assumes CCNA-level networking basics and Linux comfort. Week 1 is a fast refresher (OSI/TCP-IP, CIDR, routing, NAT, DNS), not a from-scratch build-up. Without that base, the pace will feel steep from Week 2 onward.
    Is OCI (Oracle Cloud) covered?
    No. Scope is intentionally AWS, Azure and GCP only - OCI is excluded per program design so each concept gets full depth across three clouds instead of four.
    Can I join Level 200 directly?
    Level 200 assumes Level 100 completion or equivalent working experience with VPC/VNet/VPC networking, subnetting, security groups/NSG/firewall rules and L4/L7 load balancing. Strong single-cloud engineers can usually bridge the gap quickly.
    What accounts do I need?
    Your own AWS / Azure / GCP free-tier or sandbox accounts by default. Paid services such as Direct Connect, ExpressRoute and Interconnect are taught as design + simulation, not live provisioning - see Delivery Options for the sponsored-account alternative.
    Is this exam prep?
    Not exam prep by default, but there's a natural 60–70% overlap with AWS/Azure/GCP associate-level networking exams at Level 100, and a closer overlap with Advanced Networking / AZ-700 / AZ-500 / Professional Cloud Network Engineer at Level 200. Dedicated exam drills can be added if certification is a stated goal.
    Is Kubernetes networking included?
    Yes - two Level 200 sessions (S42, S43) cover CNI models, IP exhaustion, NetworkPolicy and service mesh mTLS across EKS, AKS and GKE.
    How is the program structured each session?
    Every 2-hour session runs the same convention: 45 min cloud-neutral concept/whiteboard, 45 min cloud walkthrough (same concept in AWS, Azure and GCP console + CLI), and 30 min guided lab/Q&A. Self-study (3–5 hrs/week) continues outside class and isn't counted in the 50-hour totals.
    How am I assessed?
    Each level ends in a capstone week: a written knowledge check, hands-on validation, and a design defence (10 minutes at Level 100, 15 minutes before a mock review board at Level 200).
    Are recordings and lab guides provided?
    Confirm this with your batch coordinator - it depends on the specific cohort delivery plan (see Delivery Options).
    What's the batch start date?

    Is there a Level 300 track after this?
    Not in this 100-hour program, but a natural next step: design authority, AI/HPC network fabrics, FinOps and platform engineering - another ~50 hours, mirroring how ExaGuru's other tracks continue past their core levels.
